That's even weirder, I'm using for both the same e-mail! And in fact, I know the other one is exactly the same one too... because I literally just reset its password and received the password change e-mail for that without an issue!
Hi there,I have the following problem. The computer we have in our sports club was donated by out previoius manager from the company he works for. It has the new ESET Smart Security 9 installed. However, the company password-protected it so I can't access the settings or uninstall it. I tried the official way of resetting the password but unfortunately there is no way to get the user password, or license key from the company the computer came from. Is there a way to reset the password without the license key or at very least uninstall the product without the user set password?
